To order your repeat prescription please complete the following details.
Indicate in the additional information box your preferred pick-up day and if you would like to
receive a text or phone call when your prescription is ready. Please allow 24 hours for your
prescription to be completed when selecting your preferred pick-up day. Please note we will
need to endorse the original prescription, please present it in pharmacy upon collection or we
can organise this upon delivery.
To transfer your prescription from another pharmacy please complete the form. Indicate in the additional information box your preferred pick-up day and if you would like to receive a text or phone call when your prescription is ready.
